Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP as well as hapless father Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I share my life in general, the good and the bad. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. old I would not be here sharing my life to you, if not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. My life was set out as follows: I'd go to university, get a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase an apartment. The life I had thought I would have wasn't what it turned into. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. Money and status were not what I needed to feel happy. I believed that I was wasting away my life to earn a paycheck. As I began to move to a new path in life I discovered that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help those around me. This year I will celebrate my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own small business. Few Asian women have a job in the industry of fashion. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I'm committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, follow their passions and live your life to the fullest. As my professional career took the air and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the worst of all. To be in Heaven she is now in peace following an eight-year fight against Scleroderma. Yet, I keep her with me and think about her each day. It is amazing how life can give us the exact instruction we require, even if we aren't aware of that it is there. The death of my mother has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance to live an enjoyable, fulfilling and meaningful life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more alive than ever. I am able to say that I live my life today and not just surviving like I was in the past. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts in order to let you be aware that you're not alone, for you to be aware that you are more than capable of whatever you put your heart into. and that love is real, that therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the greatest form of wealth. I hope to live your life at the highest level and not have regrets in the final hours of your life. We are the only assurance in this the world.
